GENERAL CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS:

To make a booking, fill the form that you find on the website, or send us an email at info@sailingmediterraneo.com, or give us a call at +39 3472901280.
After we check the availability for the dates that you ask us, we will send you a confirmation.

PAYMENT:
When you make a booking, we take 40% of the full payment, then you will pay the remaining amount 15 days before departure.

PRICES INCLUDE:
– Accommodation in 2 double rooms with private bathroom, 2 places in the living room with shared bathroom (or a single place in the cabin for individual boardings)
– Skipper/Sailor
– Kitchen and cleaning service
– Welcome cocktail
– Dinghy
– Final cleaning
– Insurance
– Mooring in the boarding harbour

PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE:
– personal expenses
– galley
– fuel
– all marinas after the boarding day
– all other things not in the list of ‘prices include’

EXTRAS:
– sheets: 5€/per person/per week, 3€/per person/per weekend

BOAT & BREAKFAST PRICES (valid only for staying on the docked boat)
PRICE INCLUDES:
– Accommodation in 2 double cabins with private bathroom
– Use of shared spaces (living room, kitchen, outside)
– Sheets, blankets, towels

DISCOUNTS:
– 10% for bookings before 28th February
– 5% for 2 week rental
– 10% for 3 week rental
– 5% for returning customers

BOARDING AND DEBOARDING:
Port of Ibiza
Day: 1 day from morning to evening
Weekend: 2 days and 2 nights with embarking on Friday at 18.00 and disembarking on Sunday afternoon
Week: 6 days and 7 nights with embarking on Monday morning and disembarking on Sunday afternoon

CHANGES IN THE ROUTES:
The availability of the chosen route depends on the weather conditions. The captain reserves the right to make decisions concerning any of these changes of the route according to his own evaluation of predictions and conditions of the weather.

CHANGES OF THE BOARDING PORT:
The port which we will embark and disembark from can vary depending on the availability of the port. Any such change will be informed within good time to allow you to board without problems in your organisation.
